How this affects what we publish

We do not accept payment for reviews, ranking positions, or “sponsored content.” Our recommendations are based on open data-NOAA humidity records, the CPSC recall database, and analysis of dehumidifier owner reviews from humid climates-not on which brand pays the highest commission.
